your scenario.
Should I send production or personal data?
Start with anonymized or fictional records that preserve the planning structure. Agree a suitable transfer channel with Flowtlas before sharing operational data. Do not send credentials or unnecessary customer or employee details.
Can I request evaluation access?
Yes—discuss evaluation access with Flowtlas. Duration, supported functions, integrations and support scope need to be agreed for your workspace. This page does not automatically create an account or activate a trial.
Will the AI assistant override a difficult constraint?
No. Planning advice cannot make an unsuitable crew qualified or create vehicle capacity. The separate AI assistant can guide supported tasks when configured; its actions depend on enabled tools, your permissions and the selected mode.
What if some visits remain unassigned?
That is part of the discussion. Review the inputs, crew eligibility, timing, load and returned reasons. An unsuccessful bounded search does not prove the visits are impossible, and removing a real requirement is not a valid shortcut.
