What Flowtlas processes
We process workspace resources, route-planning inputs and generated plans to provide the service. When you configure an AI agent, prompts and only the tools you permit are sent to your selected provider using your provider credential.
Credentials and model providers
AI provider API keys are encrypted at rest and removed when an agent is deleted. We do not use workspace content to train models. Infrastructure logs exclude provider keys and SQL parameters.
Cookies and website analytics
We use a necessary first-party cookie to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics for 180 days. With your permission, the public website uses self-hosted Matomo analytics to understand aggregate website use and improve content and navigation. Analytics remains off until you accept, and declining removes Matomo analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
