What Routelas processes

We process account details, workspace resources, route-planning inputs and generated plans to provide the service. When you configure an AI agent, prompts and only the tools you permit are sent to your selected provider using your provider credential.

Provider API keys are encrypted at rest and are removed when an agent is deleted. We do not use workspace content to train models. Infrastructure logs exclude provider keys and SQL parameters. Contact privacy@routelas.com for access, correction, export or deletion requests.
